After a heat wave, eating ice cream in the yard...we have a soft spot for the dog days of summer.
Here's a bit of our vibe right now:
1. Summer Jams (Guest Curated by none other than DJ Pizza Head)
2. ZAHAV
We're trying new recipes inspired by all the summer freshness (tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs!). Homemade hummus is just so much better than anything from the store.
3. The Son
If you're in the mood for a Western, this one has it all. A family saga of life on the Texas plains spanning from the 1800s to the present day (also a new series on FX - can't vouch for it, but it's on our watchlist).
It's our privilege to present Summer Jams, guest curated by the one and only, our dear friend, DJ Pizza Head. Let DJPH and his pizza-spinning turntables whisk you away to that perfect summer place.
For two decades, DJ Pizza Head has been on a quest to find the perfect jam for every situation – because, let's face it, life's just a series of moments and melodies.
Give DJ Pizza Head a follow and if you're in the Chicagoland area, give him a shout for your next shindig.

We recently completed the artwork installation at The Ansel, a luxury multi-family building in St. Paul, MN. The highlight of the project was commissioning Jeff Brunette to create this rope installation.
10'h x 22'w, over 1,200 feet of cotton rope, titled G R A V I T Y.
We were honored to curate the artwork for the Department of Neurosurgery at Washington University in St. Louis. A goal was to highlight the department's mission statement in a way that would make people stop and really consider the importance of their work on a daily basis.
Who better to create a dimensional piece with text than Matthew Hoffman?! We've always wanted to work with Matthew and bringing him in on this was an absolute no-brainer. And of course, he nailed it. 30"h x 80"w - Make a Difference.
